        Obiectul contractului il constituie furnizarea de dotari (echipamente medicale) pentru obiectivul de investitii ”EXTINDERE UNITATE DE PRIMIRI URGENTE SI REALIZARE HELIPORT”, in conformitate cu prevederile Caietului de sarcini.

        Durata in luni: 5

        Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

        Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet o singura data solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

        Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul – limita stabilit la Sec. I.3, repectiv cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a oferteleor.

              Documentatia de atribuire este atasata anuntului de participare simplificat publicat in SEAP la adresa de internet http://www.e-licitatie.ro.

              ATENTIE !

              In cazul in care specificatiile tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau a oricarui alt document aferent documentatiei de atribuire, fac trimitere la un standard, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine, sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.

              Toate raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari vor fi atasate anuntului de participare simplificat publicat in SEAP la adresa de internet http://www.e-licitatie.ro.

              DUAE (Document Unic de Achizitie European) este configurat in SEAP de autoritatea contractanta.

              Raspunsurile la DUAE ale operatorilor economici care participa la procedura vor fi completate in mod direct, dupa autentificare, de catre fiecare participant.

              Pentru cazurile in care ofertantul este o asociere de operatori economici sau pentru cazurile in care ofertantul are subcontractanti sau terti sustinatori, fiecare operator economic se va autentifica in sistem si va accesa procedura de atribuire de ineteres in vederea completarii DUAE in calitatea in care a fost inclus in respectiva procedura(asociat, subcontractant, tert sustinator).

              Este necesar ca toti cei care trebuie sa raspunda la DUAE sa fie inregistrati in sistem.

              La procedura se inscrie si depune oferta unul din membrii asocierii sau operatorul economic care participa individusal iar ceilalti participanti completeaza direct in sistem doar DUAE si nu pot modifica oferta.

              Detalii cu privire la intocmirea DUAE se gasesc, dupa autentificarea in sistem, in sectiunea „Informatii DUAE – Ghid de completare DUAE si/ sau accesand linkul: http://anap.gov.ro/ web/ notificare -privind utilizarea -duae-in-procedurile-desfasurate-exclusiv-prin-mijloace-electronice.

              Modalitatea de departajare a ofertelor clasate pe primul loc cu preturi egale:

              In cazul in care doua sau mai multe oferte sunt clasate pe primul loc, cu punctaje egale, departajarea se va face avand in vedere punctajul obtinut la factorii de evaluare in ordinea descrescatoare a ponderilor acestora. In situatia in care egalitatea se mentine, autoritatea contractanta va solicta noi propuneri financiare, si oferta castigatoare va fi desemnata cea cu propunerea financiara cea mai mica.

              Ulterior, in cazul in care vor continua sa subziste situatii de natura celor mentionate se va replica acest acest sistem, pana la momentul in care se va realiza departajarea ofertelor pe pozitii distincte in clasament.

              Oferta castigatoare va fi declarata cea care se claseaza pe pozitia 1 din clasamentul refacut potrivit acestor reguli

              Termenul de livtare este de 60 de zile calendaristice de la data emiterii Notei de comanda de catre beneficiar.

              Durata contractului este de 5 luni de la data semnarii de catre ambele parti si pana la receptia activitailor privind livrarea, instalarea, si punerea in functiune a echipamentelor .
