    În scopul satisfacerii cerințelor necesare desfășurării traficului rutier în condiții de siguranță și confort deplin, precum și pentru conservarea patrimoniului rutier, Administratorul drumurilor județene execută lucrări și servicii de întreținere și reparații a drumurilor județene pe timp de vară și pe timp de iarnă. Deoarece numărul de utilaje specifice din dotarea Societății nu asigură necesarul pentru acoperirea/desfășurarea activității pe timp de iarnă, se impune achiziționarea unor servicii de deszăpezire pentru iarna 2023/2024. Conform Referatului de necesitate primit, pentru o mai buna gestionare, procedura este impartita in 24 loturi, pe zone din cadrul judetului. Durata contractului este de 122 (osutădouazecișidoua) de zile de la semnarea lui de catre parti. CANTITĂȚILE PREZENTATE SUNT ESTIMATIVE. Condiţiile contractuale apar în Modelul de contract care va fi pus la dispoziţia ofertanților prin Documentaţia de atribuire. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari de către operatorii economici interesați de procedură, înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 16. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
