1. The Government of Romania has obtained a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD, "World Bank") to finance the Project on "Strengthening Infrastructure and Preparedness for Critical Emergency Situations" (the Project), ratified by Law No 92/2020, and intends to use part of the loan funds for eligible payments under the contract for the supply of IT&C equipment (RO-GIRG-385160-GO-RFQ).
2. The General Inspectorate of the Romanian Gendarmerie invites you to submit your quotation. for the supply of the following types of equipment: Portable workstation, IP phone, Telescopic mast, Rackable 5G router, Interactive display, Video conference terminal, Satellite phone with docking system, Voice switching equipment (ECV), 19 inch 9U rack, Rackable socket bar, 220 Vac extension reel, GSM 5G amplifier, Monitor, Monitor support, Satellite TV connection equipment, Satfinder, Outdoor ladder, Antenna support.

3. The procurement shall be carried out through the "Request for Quotes" (RFQ) procedure in accordance with the provisions of the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Loans", dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017 and August 2018, hereinafter referred to as the Procurement Regulations.
4. The procurement documentation "Request for Quotations" will be sent by email following a written request received at email: investitii.logistica@jandarmeriaromana.ro. Any requests for clarification of the Request for Quotations may be submitted in writing to email investitii.logistica@jandarmeriaromana.ro , by 27 October 2023.
5. Tenders may be submitted in original (sealed envelope) or by email to: investitii.logistica@jandarmeriaromana.ro.
6. Deadline for submission of tenders: 01 November 2023, 14:00.
7. The estimated budget of the present procurement procedure is 686.000,00 RON, VAT included, according to the Project Procurement Plan.
