Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP)

The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the PHCIP and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Project aim to increase the access to quality health services, and economic and social inclusion programs, among poor and vulnerable households in selected districts of Punjab.

PMIU-PESRP now invites experienced candidates having relevant qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the services: -

The detailed TOR can be downloaded from https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/procurement. The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Interested candidates should submit the Expression of Interest with Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of educational degrees, certificates, experience certificates, and CNIC by October 26, 2023 till 3:00 PM. The applicants should clearly mention relevant years of experience and qualification at the top of the CV. If a face-to-face meeting is required, same shall be done virtually.
