        Tehnologia de lucru în flux continuu în cadrul exploatărilor la zi presupune deplasarea personalului muncitor, a formaţiilor specializate, a sculelor şi dispozitivelor necesare intervenţiilor accidentale la utilajele conducătoare din cadrul fluxului tehnologic şi/sau alte puncte de lucru din perimetrul minier. Transportul cu autovehiculele solicitate presupune transportul personalului, a sculelor necesare intervenţiilor, la punctele de lucru zilnic desfăşurat la 1-3 schimburi în cadrul programului de lucru zilnic de 5-7 zile/săptămână.

        Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

        Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde, o singura data, in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
