        Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.
        
        Informații privind asociații (dacă este cazul): Oferta depusă de o asociere de operatori economici, trebuie sa îndeplinească următoarele cerințe: a) să fie semnata de fiecare reprezentant legal al fiecăruia dintre operatorii economici asociați; b) să includa un Acord de asociere al operatorilor economici care s-au asociat în vederea depunerii de ofertă comună. Acordul de asociere se va legaliza înainte de semnarea contractului, în cazul în care oferta comună este declarată câstigătoare; c) structura asocierii NU va fi modificată pe întreaga durată a contractului decât cu aprobarea prealabilă a autorității contractante.
        
        În cazul unei asocieri, fiecare asociat va completa câte un DUAE și va prezenta obligatoriu documentele solicitate la Secțiunea A si Secțiunea B.
        
        Modalitate de îndeplinire: completare în DUAE.
        
        Informații privind subcontractanții (dacă este cazul): Declarație privind partea/parțile din contract care sunt care sunt îndeplinite de subcontractant/subcontractanți și specializările acestora (dacă este cazul). Partea/parțile subcontractate vor fi însușite și contrasemnate de către subcontractant. Înainte de semnarea contractului, ofertantul câstigator va prezenta Acordul de subcontractare încheiat între ofertant și subcontractant, în original sau în copie legalizată. Documentele privind subcontractanții se vor solicita doar ofertanților clasați pe primul loc în clasamentul intermediar întocmit la finalizarea evaluării ofertelor.
        
        Modalitate de îndeplinire: completare în DUAE.
        
        Odată cu depunerea formularului DUAE, operatorii economici vor prezenta (după caz) acordul de asociere / acordul de subcontractare / angajamentul terțului.
        
        Documentele solicitate în susținerea cerințelor vor fi prezentate doar la solicitarea autorității contractante doar de către ofertanții clasați pe primul loc în clasamentul intermediar întocmit la finalizarea evaluării ofertelor.
