VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Modificare contractuală în situațiile prevăzute la art. 221 alin. (1) lit. b) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Execuți e lucrări ”Reconstruirea și

reconfigurarea pasajului peste calea ferată și a nodurilor aferente (pe DN13A, km 129+201)”. Valoarea actualizată a contractului este de 41.327.963,37 lei fără TVA.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necesitatea modificarii survenita in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate/entitate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada [articolul 43 alineatul(1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/23/UE, articolul 72 alineatul (1) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/24/UE, articolul 89 alineatul (a) litera (c) din Directiva 2014/25/UE] Descrierea circumstantelor care au facut necesara modificarea si justificarea naturii neprevazute a acestor circumstante:. Modificarea contractului a devenit necesara in urma unor circumstante pe care o autoritate contractanta care actioneaza cu diligenta nu ar fi putut sa le prevada.Descrierea motivelor: Modificare contractuală în situațiile prevăzute la art. 221 alin. (1) lit. b) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Execuți e lucrări ”Reconstruirea și reconfigurarea pasajului peste calea ferată și a nodurilor aferente (pe DN13A, km 129+201)”. Valoarea actualizată a contractului este de 41.327.963,37 lei fără TVA.. Majorarea pretului contractului este de:20.31% din pretul contractului initial.
