        Acord cadru furnizare alimente hrana detinuti. Produsele solicitate lot 1-7, fac parte din categoria alimente hrana detinuti necesare pentru asigurarea normelor de hrană a persoanelor private de libertate. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesați: în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare.

        Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări, înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 20 zile.

        Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui operatorilor economici care sunt semnatari ai acordului cadru , conform art 117, din Legea 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice

        Sunt fabricati din faina de grau albă, drojdie, sare, zahar, oua, lapte, grasimi vegetale, grasimi animale, rahat, miez de nuca, arome etc.

        Materii prime si materiale: Materii prime si materiale folosite la fabricarea cozonacilor trebuie să corespundă documentelor tehnice normative de produs si reglementarilor sanitare in vigoare. Produsul se fabrică conform instructiunilor tehnologice elaborate de producator. In functie de reteta de fabricatie cozonacii mai pot contine si alte adaosuri sau substante pentru ameliorarea calitatii, avizate sanitar conform reglementarilor in vigoare.
