    Acordul-cadru de achiziție publică de INSULE ECOLOGICE DIGITALIZATE:
    
    1. Ecoinsulă Tip 1: ecoinsulă supraterană încasetată cu 5 containere de câte 1.1 metri cubi (mc) pentru toate cele 5 fracții
    
    • Biodegradabil;
    
    • Rezidual;
    
    • Sticlă;
    
    • Plastic și metal;
    
    • Hârtie și carton.
    
    2. Ecoinsulă Tip 2: ecoinsulă supraterană compusă din 5 containere supraterane staționare proiectate si fabricate conform standardelor europene in vigoare
    
    • Biodegradabil: între 2 mc și 3 mc;
    
    • Rezidual: între 2 mc și 3 mc;
    
    • Sticlă: între 2 mc și 3 mc;
    
    • Plastic și metal: între 3 mc și 5 mc;
    
    • Hârtie și carton: între 3 mc și 5 mc.
    
    3. Ecoinsulă Tip 3: ecoinsulă subterană cu containere individuale, compusă din 5 containere cu următoarele capacități pentru cele 5 fracții
    
    • Biodegradabil: între 2 mc și 3 mc;
    
    • Rezidual: între 2 mc și 3 mc;
    
    • Sticlă: între 2 mc și 3 mc;
    
    • Plastic și metal: între 4 mc și 5 mc;
    
    • Hârtie și carton: între 4 mc și 5 mc
    
    Fiecare tip de insulă va fi dotat cu o componenta digitală formată dintr-un ansamblu hardware (sisteme electronice și mecanice de control a admisiei deșeurilor în containere) și o platformă software (soluție IT) care acoperă componenta de monitorizare a acceptării deșeurilor în containere. Acestea creează premisele aplicării instrumentului ”PLĂTEȘTE PENTRU CÂT ARUNCI” de către autoritățile Publice Locale beneficiare ale proiectului.
