        Furnizarea de produse agroalimentare in vederea asigurarii procesului de hranire a elevilor si a personalului propriu, in cantitatile estimate si parametrii tehnici specifici detaliati in caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile contractului se regasesc in caietul de sarcini; aceste specificatii tehnice trebuie respectate in totalitate.

        Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18.

        In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare vor fi adresate in termenul de mai sus, raspunsul autoritatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis pana in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

                1. In cazul in care doi sau mai multi ofertanti sunt clasati pe primul loc din clasament, autoritatea contractanta va transmite in SEAP o solicitare de clarificare referitoare la depunerea unor noi propuneri financiare imbunatatite, iar operatorii economici vor transmite raspunsurile folosind facilitatile oferite de SEAP. În cazul în care după depunerea unor noi propuneri financiare îmbunătățite nu se va realiza departajarea, autoritatea contractantă va relua procesul de departajare.

                2. Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcate in SEAP, operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program fiind disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnatura electronica) .

                3. Potrivit prevederilor art. 193 din Legea 98/2016, este OBLIGATORIE completarea DUAE pentru toti participantii la procedura (ofertanti, ofertanti asociati, terti sustinatori, subcontractanti), urmand ca documentele de confirmare sa fie prezentate de catre ofertantul clasat pe primul loc din clasament. In procesul de evaluare a ofertelor se va avea in vedere respingerea unei oferte in situatia in care ofertantul nu depune DUAE - art.60/HG 395/2016 si art.137 alin.2 litera b/HG 395/2016. DUAE va fi realizat de fiecare ofertant/asociat/subcontractant/tert sustinator PRIN INTERMEDIUL SEAP.

                4.Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.
