        CERINTA DE CALIFICARE:

        Operatorii economici nu trebuie sa se regaseasca in situatiile prevazute la Art. 59-60, Art. 164-165 si Art. 167 din Legea nr. 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. NOTA: cerinta trebuie indeplinita de catre toti participantii la procedura (in calitate de ofertant unic, ofertant asociat, tert sustinator sau subcontractant).

        Persoanele de decizie in cadrul D.S. Valcea in ceea ce priveste procedura in cauza sunt: Siiulescu Marius Dan; Radulescu Mihai Daniel; Mihalcea Ilie; Ababe Elena Emanuela; Sararu Liliana; Chera Sergiu Valentin; Iosif Ionut Adrian. NOTA: La identificarea persoanelor se va lua in considerare inclusiv posibilitatea ca in numele acestora sa fie unele semne diacritice (ă, â, î, ș, ț etc) care nu apar explicit.

        SE VOR PREZENTA DOCUMENTELE:

        • Declaratia de neincadrare in in situatiile prevazute la Art. 59-60, completata separat de fiecare dintre participanti (in calitate de ofertant unic, ofertant asociat, tert sustinator sau subcontractant) conform modelului dat.

        • Declaratia DUAE completata separat si individual de fiecare dintre participanti (in calitate de ofertant unic, ofertant asociat, tert sustinator sau subcontractant). LA SOLICITAREA AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE, in situatiile prevazute la Art. 196 din Legea nr. 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, atat ofertantul cat si asociatii, tertii sustinatori, subcontractantii sai (dupa caz) vor depune urmatoarele documente justificative: [A] Certificat fiscal emis de ANAF care sa ateste lipsa datoriilor restante. [B] Certificat fiscal privind taxele si impozitele locale care sa ateste lipsa datoriilor restante pentru sediul principal. Pentru sediile secundare si punctele de lucru, se va depune o declaratie pe propria raspundere privind indeplinirea obligatiilor de plata a impozitelor, taxelor, contributiilor la bugetul general consolidat datorate (Art. 165 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare). [C] Caziere judiciare pentru operatorul economic si pentru persoanele care au calitatea specificata la Art. 164 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare (membru al organului de administrare, de conducere sau de supraveghere al respectivului operator economic sau are putere de reprezentare, de decizie sau de control in cadrul acestuia). Toate aceste documente trebuie sa fie valabile LA DATA LIMITA LA CARE S-A CERUT SA FIE DEPUSE.

        NOTA: In sectiunea documentelor de calificare se vor mai depune: Declaratia privind datele de identificare, Acordul de asociere /Acordul de subcontractare /Angajamentul de sustinere, dupa caz.

        CERINTA DE CALIFICARE:

        Operatorii economici trebuie sa dovedeasca o forma de inregistrare in conditiile legii din tara de rezidenta care sa confirme ca are capacitatea profesionala de a realiza activitatile care fac obiectul contractului. NOTA: cerinta trebuie indeplinita de catre toti participantii la procedura (in calitate de ofertant unic, ofertant asociat, tert sustinator sau subcontractant), pentru partea de contract pe care acestia urmeaza sa o indeplineasca efectiv.

        SE VOR PREZENTA DOCUMENTELE:

        • Declaratia DUAE completata corespunzator. LA SOLICITAREA AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE, in situatiile prevazute la Art. 196 din Legea nr. 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, ofertantul (impreuna cu asociatii, tertii sustinatori si subcontractantii sai, dupa caz) va depune CERTIFICATUL CONSTATATOR eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului. Datele prevazute in certificat trebuie sa fie reale /valide LA DATA LIMITA LA CARE S-A CERUT SA FIE DEPUS. Obiectul contractului trebuie sa aiba corespondent in codul CAEN din certificatul constatator emis de ONRC. NOTA: In situatia in care nu este obligatorie inregistrarea la ONRC, sunt acceptate documente echivalente care sa dovedeasca o forma de inregistrare /atestare /apartenenta profesionala adecvate in raport cu obiectul contractului.

        CERINTA DE CALIFICARE:

        Ofertantul trebuie sa aiba dreptul de a executa operatiunile prevazute in caietul de sarcini raportat la Ordinul 1106 /2018 al Ministerului Apelor si Padurilor.

        SE VOR PREZENTA DOCUMENTELE:

        • Declaratia DUAE completata corespunzator. LA SOLICITAREA AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE, in situatiile prevazute la Art. 196 din Legea nr. 98 /2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, ofertantul va depune CERTIFICATUL DE ATESTARE, eliberat de Comisia de Atestare a Operatorilor Economici in Activitatea de Exploatare Forestiera in conformitate cu Ordinul 1106 /2018 al Ministerului Apelor si Padurilor. Certificatul de atestare trebuie sa fie valabil LA DATA LIMITA LA CARE S-A CERUT SA FIE DEPUS. NOTA: In cazul in care in tara de origine sau in tara in care este stabilit operatorul economic, nu se emit documente de tipul celor solicitate, se accepta documente emise conform unei prevederi legale echivalente.
