         Informatii si formalitati necesare pentru evaluarea respectarii cerintelor mentionate:

         Candidatii/Ofertantii/ Terti sustinatori/ Subcontractantii vor dovedi neincadrarea in prevederile art 164 /Lege 98/2016, Art. 165/Legea 98/2016, Art. 167/Legea 98/2016, modalitatea de indeplinire fiind prezentarea DUAE cf. art. 193/alin. 1/ legea 98/2016;

         Informatii si formalitati necesare pentru evaluarea respectarii cerintelor mentionate:

         Cerinta 1: Operatorii economici ce depun oferta trebuie sa dovedeasca o forma de înregistrare în conditiile legii din tara de rezidenta, sa reiasa ca operatorul economic este legal constituit, ca nu se afla în niciuna dintre situatiile de anulare a constituirii precum si faptul ca are capacitatea profesionala de a realiza activitatile care fac obiectul contractului.
