    Procedura de achizitie organizata de Autoritatea Contractanta are ca obiect achizitia
    
    a) OSIM a achiziționat în anul 2012 un echipament hardware de tip firewall Fortigate 800C și echipamentul de analiză a logurilor și evenimentelor de rețea FortiAnalyzer 300D. Acestă soluție funcționează în OSIM și permite detectarea și blocarea intruziunilor și a atacurilor informatice din exterior și interior, monitorizarea/ anihilarea și raportarea incidentelor de securitate cibernetică.
    
    În cursul anului 2021 OSIM a fost notificat de producător că din 01 septembrie 2021, respectiv din 17.01.2021 expiră ultimul an de viață și suport pentru ambele componente principale ale sistemului existent. Continuarea utilizării acestui sistem în aceste condiții implică riscuri majore privind securitatea întregului S.I. al OSIM. În prezent, atacurile cibernetice se multiplică și devin din ce în ce mai complexe, și astfel mai distructive. Chiar dacă sistemul existent poate funcționa și după luna Ianuarie 2022, lipsa suportului și a actualizărilor software de la producător generează un risc major de securitate prin expunerea și vulnerabilitatea OSIM la atacurile informatice.
    
    b) Calculatoarele portabile – laptop sunt necesare pentru a asigura posibilitatea continuării activității personalului OSIM în condiţiile în care lucrul în regim de telemuncă se extinde.
    
    c) Unitățile centrale cu licențe de operare preinstalate sunt necesare înlocuirii celor defecte și pentru utilizarea acestora la aplicațiile dezvoltate de OEB (ex. Epoque).
    
    d) Monitoarele sunt necesare înlocuirii celor defecte și pentru utilizarea acestora la aplicațiile dezvoltate de OEB (ex. Epoque).
    
    e) Actuala centrală de detecție efracție funcționează în OSIM din anul 2006. Durata normată de funcționare pentru astfel de echipamente este de maxim 8 ani. Mentenanța pentru sistemul actual de detecție efracție nu mai polate fi asigurată în condiții optime din cauza vechimii echipamentelor. Producătorul nu mai asigură piese de schimb/componente pentru acest tip de centrală de cca 6 ani de de zile.
    
    f) Având în vedere creșterea accelerată a volumului de informații în format electronic administrat de OSIM este necesară suplimentarea spațiului de stocare existent în echipamentul de stocare centralizată a datelor. Suplimentarea este necesară deoarece volumul de date creste prin acumularea continuă de informații în bazele de date din OSIM și pentru că OSIM intenționează să implementeze noi soluții tehnice care implică stocarea în format electronic de informații suplimentare. În acest moment aproximativ 60% din spațiul de stocare din echipamentul SAN este ocupat
    
    g) În urma înlocuirii centralei de detecție incendii, tehnologia acestui nou echipament a permis detectarea faptului că 482 de senzori de fum din interiorul OSIM au un grad de colmatare mai mare de 75%. Timpul maxim de viață prevăzut de producător pentru acești senzori este de 8 ani, iar cei instalați în OSIM, cu excepția celor amplasați pe etajele rehabilitate în anul 2014, sunt în funcțiune din anul 2006
    
    h) Este necesară achiziționarea celor 4 servere pentru a asigura suportul hardware necesar in vederea implementării aplicației integrate software inclusă în proiectul POCA, implementării noului site Internet al OSIM, implementării unui sistem de management de documente.
