        - Se doreşte achiziţionarea de materiale necesare realizării unor lucrări de reparații curente din categoria construcții, instalații electrice, sanitare, tâmplărie și lăcătușerie, frigotehnice și tapițerie aferente imobilelor aflate în administrarea D.A.L.I.

        - Valoare totală estimată a achiziţiei: 792.693,05 lei fără TVA.

        - Procedura va fi împărțită în 11 loturi:

      a) In cazul in care se constata ca ofertele clasate pe primul loc au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici de documente ce contin noi preturi.

      b) Pentru demonstrarea indeplinirii criteriilor de calificare, prevazute in Fisa de Date a achizitiei, ofertantul are obligatia de a completa initial doar documentul unic european (DUAE), pe fiecare lot în parte. Documentul Unic de Achizitii European va fi completat in SEAP in mod direct, dupa autentificare, de catre fiecare ofertant. Detalii cu privire la intocmirea DUAE veti regasi, dupa autentificare in sistem, in sectiunea ""Informatii DUAE ""-Ghid de completare DUAE. De asemenea informatii privind DUAE se pot afla din notificarea ANAP din data de 05.04.2019. Prin acest document se confirma ca sunt indeplinite cerintele de calificare astfel cum au fost solicitate in documentatia de atribuire.

      c) Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.

      d) Orice ofertant are dreptul de a-si retrage oferta numai inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertei. Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcate in SEAP operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program fiind disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnatura electronica).

      e) Toate documentele solicitate de autoritatea contractanta vor fi depuse de ofertant prin mijloace electronice in SEAP, pe fiecare lot in parte, semnate cu semnatura electronica extinsa bazata pe un certificat calificat, conform Legii nr. 455/2001, republicata, privind semnatura electronica.
