                1.Comunicarea privind rezultatul procedurii va fi transmis pe SEAP sau prin utilizarea uneia din urmatoarele modalitati de comunicare: fax/email/posta.

                2. Solicitarile de clarificari formulate de catre comisia de evaluare a autoritatii contractante vor fi transmise ofertantilor doar prin intermediul SEAP.

                3.Autoritatea contractanta are dreptul de a solicita ofertantilor, în circumstante exceptionale, înainte de expirarea perioadei de valabilitate a ofertei, prelungirea acestei perioade. În cazul extinderii perioadei de valabilitate a ofertei perioada de valabilitate a garanției pentru participare va fi prelungită în mod corespunzator. Ofertantul are obligatia de a comunica autoritatii contractante daca este sau nu de acord cu prelungiera perioadei de valabilitate a ofertei. Ofertantul care nu este de acord cu prelungirea perioadei de valabilitate a ofertei se considera ca și-a retras oferta, fara ca acest fapt sa atraga pierderea garanției de participare.

                4.Ofertantul va prezenta o declaratie prin care accepta clauzele contractuale cuprinse în modelul de contract din documentația de atribuire, se va depune odata cu DUAE. In situatia în care sunt obiectiuni la proiectul de contract, respectiv modificari/eliminari ale clauzelor contractuale sau adaugarea unor clauze noi, eventualele propuneri de modificare/completare/eliminare de clauze contractuale vor fi formulate în scris prin solicitari de clarificari. Clauzele contractuale obligatorii pot fi modificate si aduse la cunostinta tuturor celor interesati pâna la data limita de depunere a ofertelor, în timp ce clauzele specifice pot fi negociate/modificate atâta timp cât nu introduc conditii care ar fi permis atribuirea contractului unui alt operator economic sau daca modificarea nu schimba balanta economica a contractului în favoarea contractantului.

                5.In situatia în care ofertantul apeleaza la o asociere cu alți operatori, la terti sustinatori sau la subcontractanți, în afara documentelor solicitate expres la Cap. III.1) – Conditii de participare, în cuprinsul ofertei vor fi incluse si Angajament(e)+declaratii terț susținător /acord asociere /acord de subcontractare, după caz, întocmite in conformitate cu prevederile legale.

                6.În cazul în care operatorul economic demostrează îndeplinirea criteriilor referitoare la capacitatea tehnică și profesională invocând susținerea unui terț, DUAE include informațiile menționate mai sus cu privire la terțul susținător.

                7.În cazul în care operatorul economic intenționeaza să subcontracteze o parte/părți din contract, DUAE include și informații solicitate cu privire la subcontactant.

                8.Autoritatea contractantă solicită ofertantului clasat pe primul loc după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire să prezinte documente justificative actualizate prin care să demonstreze îndeplinirea tuturor criteriilor de calificare şi selecţie, în conformitate cu informaţiile cuprinse în DUAE. În cazul şi în măsura în care autoritatea contractantă are posibilitatea de a obţine certificatele sau informaţiile relevante în mod direct, prin accesarea unei baze de date naţionale din orice stat membru, disponibile în mod gratuit, nu se vor mai solicita acele documente justificative.

                9. PRESTATORUL VA DEPUNE, ANTICIPAT EMITERII AUTORIZAŢIEI DE EXPLOATARE, O CAUŢIUNE DE 5 % din valoarea masei lemnoase aferente partizii autorizate în scopul asigurării fondurilor necesare pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor privind eventualele prejudicii de natura celor prevăzute la art. 65 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 46/2008 - Codul Silvic, inclusiv pentru refacerea elementelor de drum forestier distruse din vina titularului autorizaţiei de exploatare. Restituirea sumelor aferente cauţiunii se face după aprobarea procesului verbal de reprimire a parchetului și lichidarea obligațiilor financiare determinate
