        - certificat de inregistrare emis de ONRC/document echivalent din care sa rezulte obiectul de activitate al operatorului economic, care trebuie sa aibe corespondent in obiectul achizitiei,

        - certificate constatatore privind lipsa datoriilor restante cu privire la plata impozitelor, taxelor, sau contributiilor la bugetul general consolidat (bugetul local, bugetul de stat, etc).

        - cazier judiciar al operatorului economic si al membrilor organelor de administrare, de conducere sau supraveghere al respectivului operator economic, sau a celor care au putere de reprezentare, de decizie sau de control in cadrul in cadrul acestuia, asa cum rezulta din certificatul constatator emis de ONRC/actul constitutiv.

        - alte documente edificatoare (Avize Sanitare, Autorizatii ANM, Avize de punere pe piata ca medicament, etc. ), dupa caz.

        Medicamentele trebuie să fie înregistrate de Agenţia Naţională a Medicamentului şi prevăzute în „Nomenclatorul produselor medicamentoase de uz uman” ca medicament. Nu vor fi luate în considerare produsele naturiste, suplimentele nutritive, precum şi produsele care nu sunt prevăzut în „Nomenclatorul produselor medicamentoase de uz uman”, aprobate de A.N.M. şi care nu au autorizaţie de punere pe piaţă ca medicament.

        Ofertantul trebuie sa prezinte, in cadrul propunerii tehnice, pentru fiecare produs ofertat, Autorizatie de punere pe piata a fiecarui produs oferit/ Certificatul de inregistrare al acestuia la Agentia Nationala a Medicamentului aflata in termen de valabilitate in momentul prezentarii, conform art 1 din OMS 1448/2010 si art. 704 din legea 95/2006.
