         Se vor incheia acorduri cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni.

         Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
