      4. Short description:

        Asigurarea serviciilor de tratament balnear, cazare şi masă în regim de pensiune pentru beneficiarii biletelor de tratament balnear eliberate de Casa Naţională de Pensii Publice, se realizează în structuri de cazare şi alimentaţie publică clasificate de instituţia publică centrală de resort şi în baze de tratament autorizate din punct de vedere medico-balnear pentru valorificarea factorilor sanogeni de cură de către Ministerul Sănătăţii, obligatoriu amplasate în staţiuni turistice, balneare, climatice sau balneoclimaterice de interes naţional sau interes local recunoscute legal.

        - Principalele afecţiuni pentru care se efectuează tratament sunt: reumatismale, cardiovasculare, digestive, afecţiuni ale căilor respiratorii, afecţiuni ale sistemului nervos, afecţiuni ginecologice.

        Alte afecţiuni.

        Autoritatea contractanta va atribui acorduri cadru pentru fiecare lot in parte unuia sau mai multor operatori economici si ulterior contracte subsecvente numai cu respectarea conditiilor cantitative, tehnice si financiare stabilite in acordul cadru respectiv, pentru fiecare agent economic in parte.

        De fiecare data cand intentioneaza sa atribuie un contract de achizitie publica subsecvent unui acord cadru, aferent oricarui lot, autoritatea contractanta va respecta anexa la acordul cadru, pentru fiecare operator economic, respectiv datele privind numar ul de locuri, tarife si incadrarea in perioada de prestare.

        Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu procedura de atribuire. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificare sunt primite cu cel putin 21 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor acestor solicitari de clarificare in a 12 a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
