    Acorduri-cadru în baza cărora se vor încheia contracte subsecvente avand ca obiect prestarea de servicii de mentenanță și reparație asupra sistemelor de monitorizare din cadrul ANCOM, in conformitate cu cerintele minime obligatorii prevazute in Sectiunea 2: Caietul de sarcini, servicii defalcate astfel:
    
    1. Servicii de mentenanță și reparație a stațiilor de monitorizare (STM, STMG, SMG) și a centrelor regionale aferente – Lotul nr. 1;
    
    2. Servicii de verificare tehnică a integrării, cablării şi conecticii autovehiculelor din cadrul proiectului SIMON, precum și de servicii de reparare a componentelor importante parte a integrării autovehiculelor din cadrul proiectului SIMON – Lotul nr. 2.
    
    Nu se vor încheia contracte subsecvente care să se deruleze pe o perioadă mai mare de 24 de luni și, prin urmare, nu sunt aplicabile dispozițiile art. 164 alin. (8) din Normele metodologice de aplicare a Legii nr. 98/2016, aprobate prin H.G. nr. 395/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, referitoare la ajustarea prețurilor.
    
    Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20.
    
    Autoritatea contractanta va răpunde în mod clar si complet tuturor la solicitărilor de clarificări: in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.

    Estimare cantități care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata acordului-cadru: - minim 1 (una) operațiune de mentenanță și/sau minim 1 (una) operațiune de reparație și maxim 132 (o sută trezecișidouă) operațiuni de mentenanță și/sau maxim 28 (douăzecișiopt) operațiuni de reparație in conformitate cu prevederile din Sectiunea 2: Caietul de sarcini.
    
    Estimare cantități care ar putea fi solicitate în cadrul unui singur contract subsecvent: - minim 1 (una) operațiune de mentenanță și/sau 1 (una) operațiune de reparație și maxim 4 (patru) operațiuni de mentenanță și/sau maxim 4 (patru) operațiuni de reparație in conformitate cu prevederile din Sectiunea 2: Caietul de sarcini.
    
    Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite astfel incat sa se asigure pe intreaga perioada de derulare a acordurilor-cadru posibilitatea de a presta, la cererea autoritatii, servicii de mentenanta si reparatie pentru stațiile de monitorizare (STM, STMG, SMG) și pentru centrele regionale aferent, in conformitate cu prevederile din Sectiunea 2: Caietul de sarcini.
