        FURNIZARE Imunoglobulina umana normala –Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare

        Avand in vedere instabilitatea pietelor in ceea ce priveste asigurarea medicamentelor cu concentratii diferite si variatia numarului de pacienti in functie de patologii de indicatii medicale in ceea ce priveste bolnanii , respectiv faptul ca aprovizionarea cu medicamente se face in functie de numarul de pacienti, informatii care nu se cunosc cu precizie in momentul initierii unei proceduri de achizitie medicamente, autoritatea contractanta a decis ca pentru fiecare lot in parte, procedura sa se finalizeze prin incheierea unui acord cadru cu mai multi ofertanti, numarul maxim 3,fara reluarea competitiei, pentru o perioada de 24 luni.

        La baza demarari acestei licitati sta referatul de necesitate cu nr.13530/22.06.2022 intocmit de Farm Hagau Adriana si aprobat si avizat DFC precum aprobat de conducerea SJUSM.

        Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite:

        Frecventa

        CS: anual sau ori de cate ori este necesar, in functie de numarul de internari.

        AC: Pentru fiecare lot in parte, cant est min si cant est max in conformitate cu prevederile Anexei 1 la Caietul de sarcini;

        CS: Pentru fiecare lot in parte, cant est max in conformitate cu prevederile Anexei 1 Caietului de sarcini;

        CS: Pentru fiecare lot in parte, val. max a unui CS in conformitate cu prevederile Anexei 1 Caietului de sarcini;

        Pentru fiecare lot in parte, Cantitatea celui mai mare contract subsecvent=cant max. pe 6 luni

        Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate ale acordurilor cadru se regasesc in Anexa 1 la caietul de sarcini.

        Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante, cantitatile minime si maxime fiind estimate.

        Termenul limita in care AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform art.160 coraborat cu art.161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.

        Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor : 20 zile.
