A presente Adenda tem por objeto prorrogar o prazo da presente Empreitada por um período adicional de 59 (cinquenta e nove) dias, com fundamento no interesse público ao abrigo da alínea c) do artigo 312º do CCP, tendo por base as alterações impostas pela Lei 30/2021 de 21 de maio.
