Realização de novos trabalhos, que não estavam inicialmente previstos, e que resultaram de alterações às circunstâncias primárias em que as partes fundamentaram o presente contrato.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Realização de novos trabalhos, que não estavam inicialmente previstos, e que resultaram de alterações às circunstâncias primárias em que as partes fundamentaram o presente contrato. A necessidade desta Modificação Objetiva ao Contrato decorrente da alteração do traçado de instalação da tubagem em 2 tramos, pavimentações provisórias e alteração no tipo de pavimento previsto por exigência da Câmara Municipal de Vila Nova de Cerveira, e modificação das circunstâncias relativamente a equipamentos.
