      Concurso Público Internacional Urgente devido à especificidade da própria da "aquisição de produtos alimentares e não alimentares" que fornece os estabelecimentos escolares do ensino primário e também para os Espassus Bar, não podendo por em risco o cancelamento das refeições aos refeitórios escolares se por qualquer motivo houver um atraso no Procedimento, ao que se alia uma conjuntura de formação de preços extremamente instável, em que apenas se tem revelado possível obter vinculação a preços durante um período limitado de tempo, sem grande distancia temporal entre o lançamento dos procedimentos e a sua adjudicação.
