Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

O 25.º Adicional contempla, entre outras, as Ordens de Execução 164-OE-166-EOD e 164-OE-167-EON relativas a trabalhos complementares de suprimento de erros e omissões. Sucede, no que respeita à Ordem de Execução 164-OE-166-EOD que após a sua emissão se verificou a necessidade de modificar (reduzir) a quant. de alçapões ordenados pelo facto de as dimensões dos mesmos não permitirem o acesso necessário às infraestruturas no teto da Central de Segurança. No que respeita à ordem de execução n.º 164-OE-167-EON, com a execução dos trabalhos ordenados, nomeadamente com os trabalhos de escavação para demolição do muro, o Empreiteiro verificou a existência de um outro muro em betão armado assim como de um massame em betão armado que também será necessário demolir, do que resulta a nec. de acréscimo de quant. no artigo de demolição da ordem de execução em questão. Destes factos resultou a necessidade de proceder à revisão das ordens de execução identificadas para acolher as alterações descritas
