Durante a execução da obra, foram detetados, ao abrigo do disposto no art.º 370 e seguintes do Código dos Contratos Públicos, nos termos da redação do DL n.º 111-B/2017, trabalhos complementares que resultam de circunstâncias não previstas, os quais foram objeto de apreciação por parte da Fiscalização e do Dono de Obra, constantes das Ordens de Execução n.º 187-OE-077-EOD, 187-OE-078-EOD e 187-OE-079-EOD.
