O presente adicional tem por objeto a contratualização de trabalhos a mais referentes a estudos de requalificação/reabilitação no Nó de Paranhos e sua individualização, atendendo às novas acessibilidades previstas pela Autarquia à cidade do Porto naquele local e de forma a possibilitar o lançamento de empreitadas independentes antecipadamente à elaboração do projeto integral dos troços em causa.
