Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

A revisão dos preços contratuais como consequência de alteração dos custos de mão de obra, de materiais ou de equipamentos de apoio durante a execução da empreitada, foi efetuada nos termos da legislação em vigor (Decreto-Lei n.º 6/2004, de 6 de janeiro, na sua redação atual) com base na fórmula tipo de reabilitação média de edifícios (F06), cuja estrutura de custos consta do Despacho n.º 1592/2004 (2.ª série), publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 19, de 23 de janeiro de 2004. Os últimos índices de custos de mão de obra, de materiais e de equipamentos de apoio definitivos já publicados são os de janeiro de 2023. Os índices relativos aos meses seguintes são provisórios.
