Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

No decurso da execução do contrato, concretamente com a verificação do projeto de remodelação de equipamento AT e de SCP da subestação de Estoi (obras 56.14 e 56.15) tornou-se necessário o fornecimento adicional de um kit para montagem do comando dos seccionadores de 60 kV na posição necessária. Esta alteração originou uma mais-valia no valor de 1.960,00€ face ao valor inicial do contrato.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Trabalhos complementares no valor de 1.960,00€ a acrescer ao valor inicial do contrato (1.266.283,00€), o que perfaz o valor final de 1.268.243,00€
