         Wykonawcy przystępujący do niniejszego przetargu obowiązani są wnieść wadium przetargowe w wysokości 800 000,00 PLN (słownie: osiemset tysięcy złotych).

         Wykonawca udziela Zamawiającemu rękojmi i 60 miesięcznej gwarancji na wykonany przedmiot zamówienia wraz z zamontowanymi urządzeniami, licząc od dnia odbioru końcowego.
