         1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 3 autobusów na rzecz Powiatowego Zakładu Transportu Publicznego w Lipnie.

         2) Autobusy stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia muszą spełniać warunki techniczne przewidziane przez obowiązujące w Polsce przepisy prawne dla autobusów poruszających się po drogach publicznych oraz warunki przewidziane przez przepisy prawa wspólnotowego w Unii Europejskiej dla tego typu pojazdów.

         3) Zamawiający wymaga, aby pojazdy były zarejestrowane na terenie Polski, posiadały ważne ubezpieczenie na min. 30 dni oraz przegląd techniczny na min. 40 dni.
