        21.1. Szczegóły dotyczące środków ochrony prawnej określa dział IX Ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r.. „ Prawo zamówień publicznych ”
        
        21.2. Wykonawcom, a także innym osobom, jeżeli ich interes prawny w uzyskaniu zamówienia doznał lub może doznać uszczerbku w wyniku naruszenia przez zamawiającego przepisów ustawy Prawo Zamówień Publicznych , na podstawie art. 513 ustawy PZP przysługuje odwołanie wyłącznie od niezgodnej z przepisami ustawowymi czynności zamawiającego podjętej w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia lub zaniechania czynności, do której zamawiający jest zobowiązany na podstawie ustawy.
        
        21.3. Odwołanie wnosi się w terminach:
        
        - 10 dni od dnia przesłania informacji o czynności zamawiającego stanowiącej podstawę jego wniesienia,
        
        - 15 dni jeśli zostały przesłane w inny sposób określony w art. 515 ust 2 b
