    Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Świadczenie usług sprzętowo – transportowych przy zimowym utrzymaniu dróg powiatowych na terenie powiatu kieleckiego w sezonach zimowych: 2023/2024 i 2024/2025.
    
    Zimowe kompleksowe utrzymanie dróg powiatowych w dwóch kolejnych sezonach zimowych polega na utrzymaniu przejezdności na drogach powiatowych administrowanych przez Powiatowy Zarząd Dróg w Kielcach w okresie zimowym zgodnie z przyjętymi standardami poprzez zwalczanie śliskości zimowej i odśnieżanie jezdni na drogach Powiatu Kieleckiego oraz utrzymywanie w pełnej gotowości technicznej i eksploatacyjnej środków transportowych i sprzętowych wraz z osprzętem przewidzianym do zwalczania skutków zimy.
    
    Materiał wykorzystywany do zimowego utrzymania dróg, dostarczony zostanie przez Zamawiającego i nie stanowi przedmiotu zamówienia.
    
    Praca na wezwanie w zależności od warunków panujących na drogach.
