Materiały szewne, hemostatyki, staplery, zestawy do analgezji markery pasywne oraz akcesoria kompatybilne ze sprzętem znajdującym się na Bloku Operacyjnym Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Elblągu) z jednoczesnym utworzeniem magazynu depozytowego w Pakietach nr 23,27 oraz użyczeniem 3 szt. rozszywaczy w zakresie Pakietu nr 33 na okres 24 miesięcy
    
    2. Szczegółowy opis, wymagania techniczne oraz ilości przedstawiono w Załącznikach od Nr 1 do Nr 44 do SWZ.
    
    3. Zaoferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać dokumenty dopuszczające do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 07.04.2022 r. ( z wyłączeniem Pakietu Nr 17) – jeżeli dotyczy danego asortymentu.
    
    4. W zakresie Pakietu Nr 17 (Załącznik Nr 17 do SWZ) Wykonawca musi posiadać aktualne pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu produktów leczniczych lub Świadectwa Rejestracji łącznie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego zgodnie z Ustawą Prawo Farmaceutyczne z dnia 06.09.2001 r.
