  Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej MSWiA w Łodzi, zwany dalej Zamawiającym, wszczął postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na wykonanie zadania pn.: ,, Dostawa sprzętu i urządzeń medycznych dla potrzeb SP ZOZ MSWiA w Łodzi ”. Wartość przedmiotowego postępowania przekracza kwotę określoną w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 3 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019r.- Prawo zamówień publicznych ( Dz. U. z 2023 poz. 1605)- zwanej dalej ustawą – 140 000 euro dla . Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na wykonanie zadania jest prowadzone w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, a więc w trybie najbardziej konkurencyjnym przewidzianym w ustawie.
