        3. Na potwierdzenie spełnienia warunków o których mowa w sekcji III należy złożyć w wyznaczonym przez zamawiającego terminie dokumenty, o których mowa w sekcji III pkt 1.3;
        
        4. W celu wykazania braku podstaw do wykluczenia z postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia należy złożyć w wyznaczonym przez zamawiającego terminie dokumenty i oświadczenia, o których mowa w paragrafie 2 pkt 1 ppkt 1 a i b, ppkt 2 oraz ppkt 7 a i d rozporządzenia Ministra Rozwoju, Pracy i Technologii w sprawie podmiotowych środków dowodowych oraz innych dokumentów lub oświadczeń, jakich może żądać zamawiający od wykonawcy oraz oświadczenie własne wykonawcy, o którym mowa w rozdziale IX pkt 1. ppkt 1.5.
