Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zamawiający planował zakup komputerów stacjonarnych oraz monitorów. Dostawa sprzętu zbiegła się z inauguracją roku akademickiego, po weryfikacji stanu technicznego komputerów i monitorów, pojawiła się nieplanowana potrzeba zakupu sprzętu, w związku z awarią posiadanych jednostek komputerów stacjonarnych i monitorów - art. 455 ust. 2
