Zmianie uległa cena jednostkowa asortymentu wskazana w załączniku nr 1-3 do umowy.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zmiany umowy dokonano na podstawie art. 455 ust. 1 pkt. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2021 r., poz. 1129) oraz par. 13 umowy nr 58/ZCS/2021 z dnia 04.08.2021 z uwagi na gwałtowną zmianę stosunków gospodarczych, występującą inflację, gwałtowne zmiany cen nośników energii a także pozostałe czynniki makro i mikroekonomiczne. Zmianie uległa cena jednostkowa asortymentu wskazana w Załącznikach nr 1, 2 do umowy.
