W świetle powyższych przepisów Zamawiający zdecydował się zastosować art. 138 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp w przeprowadzeniu postępowania przetargowego pn. „Dostawę wyrobów medycznych jednorazowego użytku” i skrócił termin składania ofert.
