        b.1) zapis dla wszystkich zadań: w ciągu 12 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy - cena brutto nie ulegnie zmianie, nastąpi jedynie odpowiednia zmiana ceny netto;
        
        b.2) zapis dla zadań nr 1-10 i 12-33: po upływie 12 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy - dla Stron wiążąca będzie stawka VAT obowiązująca w dniu wystawienia faktury, a zmiana kwoty ceny brutto z tego tytułu jest akceptowana przez Strony bez konieczności składania dodatkowych oświadczeń;
        
        c) w przypadku zmiany nazwy produktu, numeru katalogowego, nazwy producenta – przy niezmienionym produkcie;
        
        d) w przypadku zmiany sposobu konfekcjonowania (wielkości opakowania) – nastąpi przeliczenie ilości na odpowiednią ilość opakowań albo iloś
