Zgodnie z art. 139 Pzp zamawiający w postępowaniu najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert. Po dokonaniu oceny ofert zamawiający, na podstawie art. 126 ust. 1 Pzp, wezwie wykonawcę, którego oferta zostanie najwyżej oceniona, do złożenia w wyznaczonym terminie, nie krótszym niż 10 dni, aktualnych na dzień złożenia tylko podmiotowych środków dowodowych, tj. oświadczeń i dokumentów potwierdzających braku podstaw wykluczenia i spełnianie warunków udziału w postępowaniu.

Zamawiający nie żąda wniesienia wadium.
