Zamawiający będzie wymagał wniesienia wadium dla całości zamówienia najpóźniej do upływu terminu składania ofert. Szczegółowe informacje o wadium zostaną przekazane wyłącznie Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.

Główne warunki finansowe i uzgodnienia płatnicze zostaną określone i opisane we wzorze umowy. Szczegółowe informacje zostaną przekazane wyłącznie Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.

III.1.3)Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:

1. Wszyscy wykonawcy występujący wspólnie będą ponosić odpowiedzialność solidarną
za wykonanie Umowy zgodnie z jej postanowieniami. Wypełniając formularz wniosku / oferty, jak również inne dokumenty powołujące się na „Wykonawcę”; w miejscu np.: „nazwa i adres Wykonawcy” należy wpisać dane dotyczące konsorcjum, a nie pełnomocnika konsorcjum.
2. Wykonawcy występujący wspólnie muszą ustanowić pełnomocnika (lidera – Generalnego Wykonawcę) do reprezentowania ich w postępowaniu o udzielenie niniejszego zamówienia lub do reprezentowania ich w postępowaniu oraz zawarcia umowy o udzielenie przedmiotowego zamówienia publicznego. Umocowanie należy przedłożyć wraz z wnioskiem / ofertą.

III.1.4)Other particular conditions to which the performance of the contract is subject, in particular with regard to security of supply and security of information:

1) W przedmiotowym postępowaniu przetargowym wykonanie usługi wiąże się z dostępem do informacji o klauzuli „ZASTRZEŻONE”, czyli zastosowanie mają przepisy ustawy o Ochronie Informacji Niejawnych (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 756) w zakresie przetwarzania informacji niejawnych o klauzuli „ZASTRZEŻONE”.
2) Wykonawca może powierzyć wykonanie części zamówienia objętej klauzulą „ZASTRZEŻONE” podwykonawcy, który spełnia warunki dotyczące Ochrony Informacji Niejawnych.
3) W przypadku, gdy Wykonawca powierzy Podwykonawcy do wykonania część zamówienia objętą klauzulą „ZASTRZEŻONE” Zamawiający będzie żądał od Wykonawcy przedstawienia takich samych dokumentów wymienionych w rozdziale VIII SWZ w odniesieniu do podwykonawcy.
4) Szczegółowy opis zasad związanych z przetwarzaniem informacji niejawnych zawarty jest w instrukcji ochrony informacji niejawnych stanowiącej załącznik do wzoru umowy, który zostanie przekazany wyłącznie Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.
