         W przypadku gdy zostanie wybrana jako najkorzystniejsza oferta wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia, wykonawca przed podpisaniem umowy na wezwanie zamawiającego przedłoży umowę regulującą współpracę wykonawców, w której m.in. zostanie określony pełnomocnik uprawniony do kontaktów z zamawiającym oraz do wystawiania dokumentów związanych z płatnościami.
