    2 .Postępowanie jest prowadzone w języku polskim.
    
    3. Obowiązek informacyjny wynikający z Art 13 ust. 1 i 2 RODO (UE) spełniono na stronie internetowej PGG S.A. w zakładce RODO. Zamawiający przedstawia klauzulę informacyjną wynikającą z przepisów RODO w kategorii kontrahent – treść klauzuli informacyjnej umieszczona jest na stronie internetowej PGG S.A.
    
    4. Przedmiotem zam. jest dostawa łańcuchów ogniwowych górniczych dla Oddziałów PGG S.A. Szczegółowy opis zawarto w SWZ.
    
    5. W celu potwierdzenia, że oferowane świadczenie jest zgodne z wymaganiami Zamawiającego wymagane jest złożenie wraz z ofertą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych.
    
    6. Zamawiający zastosuje procedurę odwróconą badania i oceny ofert, o której mowa w art. 139 ustawy Pzp.
