         This procurement aims to establish the capacity for FRONTEX to acquire the necessary amounts of first aid and tactical emergency casualty care (TECC) products which may be necessary for addressing life-threatening injuries occurring in the operational field. FRONTEX will conclude one single framework contract per lot, based on the draft contract included in Annex III to the invitation to tender. The FWC concerns the following two (2) lots:

         — lot 1 – first aid products; and

         — lot 2 – tactical emergency casualty care (TECC) products.

Pre-defined catalogue of products is included in Annex II – Technical Specifications.

         Quality criterion - Name: Technical quality assessment in line with the tender specifications / Weighting: 60 %
