  Na podstawie art. 138 ust. 2 pkt. 2 Ustawy PZP Zamawiający wyznaczył termin składania ofert krótszy niż określony w art. 138 ust 1 ustawy PZP z uwagi na pilną potrzebę udzielenia zamówienia celem zabezpieczenia leczenia pacjentów w związku z przyznaniem nowych programów lekowych oraz włączenie do nich nowych substancji czynnych, co wiąże się z koniecznością natychmiastowego rozpoczęcia leczenia pacjentów. Ponadto istnieje pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia ze względu na nierozstrzygnięte pakiety z postepowania nr ZP-261-09/2022, ZP-261-38/2022, ZP-261-46/2022, ZP-261-56/2022, ZP-261-92/2022, ZP-261-107/2022 oraz zwiększona ilość pacjentów ze względu na rozszerzenie kryteriów włączenia do programów lekowych
