         Contract performance conditions:

         1. Wybrany wykonawca jest zobowiązany do zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących załącznik nr 8 do SWZ i umowy RODO –stanowiącej załącznik nr 9

         2. Zakres świadczenia wykonawcy wynikający z umowy jest tożsamy z jego zobowiązaniem zawartym w ofercie.

         3. Zmiana umowy podlega unieważnieniu, jeżeli została dokonana z naruszeniem art. 454 i art. 455 uPzp.
