Dostarczane paliwa muszą spełniać wymagania z Rozporządzenia Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 9 października 2015r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz.U. z dnia 23 października 2015 r., poz. 1680, ze zm. Dz.U. 2020 poz. 727) Rozporządzenia Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 25 marca 2010 r. w sprawie metod badania jakości paliw ciekłych (tekst jednolity Dz.U. 2017 r., poz. 247 ze zm.), oraz wymagania Polskich Norm PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 Wykonawca musi zapewnić możliwość zakupu paliwa z wykorzystaniem karty flotowej.
