INVITATION TO BID
Barangay Bugnay, Valderrama, Antique through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Local Government Unit of Valderrama, Antique, invites suppliers to
apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project : IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BARANGAY
BAKIANG, VALDERRAMA, ANTIQUE.
Location: Brgy. Bakiang, Valderrama, Antique
Brief Description: Improvement of 1-unit One (1) Storey 43.50 sq.m. Multi-Purpose Building
Approved Budget for the Contract: ₱1,000,000.00 (Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.)
Funding Source: DILG – Local Government Support Fund (LGSF)
Delivery Period: Forty-Two (42) calendar days
Prospective Bidders must have experience having completed one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current
prices using the NSO consumer price indices with a value at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and have key personnel and equipment
available for the implementation of the contract. They must own the following: One (1) Bagger Concrete Mixer, One (1) Concrete Vibrator, One (1) Bar
Cutter, One (1) Bar Bender, One (1) Plate Compactor, and One (1) Welding Machine available for the implementation of the contract. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Revised
Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest of outstanding capital
stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as
such during the post-qualification process.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC of the Municipal Government of Valderrama, Province of Antique and inspect the Bidding
Documents at the address given below during office hours.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the
Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000.00). Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to
attend at the address given below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Schedule of BAC Activities is as follows:
BAC ACTIVITIES/SCHEDULE:
1. Issuance of Bidding Documents - March 16 – 23, 2026, at the BAC Office, Valderrama Municipal Hall from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
2. Deadline for Submission and Receipt of Bidding Documents - Bids may be submitted on or before March 24, 2026 – 9:00 AM at the BAC Office, Valderrama
Municipal Hall, Valderrama, Antique
3. Opening of Bids - March 24, 2026 – 9:30 AM at the Conference Room, Office of the Municipal Mayor, Valderrama Municipal Hall, Valderrama,
Antique.
The Municipal Government of Valderrama, Antique reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, and reject all bids at any time
prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
