Description
The DA-Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center CALABARZON invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/ proposals for the hereunder requirement:

"Provision for the catering service during the conduct of Training Agricultural Extension Management

Details:

Quantity: 30 PAX
Vanue: Cavite

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Inclusive of rice 2 main course (Chicken/beef/fish/posr), vegetable-based viand and dessert and drink

AM/PM Snacks: Native Filipino snacks or Picawith drinks
Managed Buffet with service Crew
with Free flowing coffee and water



INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Suppliers must read the instructions and fill in all the blanks appropriately. Suppliers may use the official Quotation Form in accomplishing their bid proposals/quotations or in separate quotations with an official letterhead.
2. Any specifications other than those required/stated in this form shall not be considered in the bid evaluation. Offered units or items must be high-quality.
3. Quotation/s must include all taxes for the item listed hereunder, including delivery charges.
4. Always indicate the brand name/model of the offered item(s) or product.
5. Price quotation(s) submitted shall be valid THIRTY (30) days from the deadline for submission of quotations.
6. Terms of Payment within – Thirty (30) days from delivery of item/s.
7. Quotation(s)/ Proposal(s) shall be submitted to the DA-ATI CALABARZON.
8. For PhilGEPS registered suppliers, please include a copy of the Mayor"s Permit and a copy of the PhilGEPS certificate (Platinum member) / screenshot of PhilGEPS membership (Red member). If unable to attach the required documents, the submitted proposals/quotations will result in non-compliance.
9. Suppliers may submit their quotations personally, through delivery, or by email: supply_rtc4a@ati.da.gov.ph.
9. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION(S): March 3, 2026 (Tuesday) at 5:00 P.m
10. Late submission of quotation(s) shall not be accepted.
11. Validity of stocks: 30 days.
12. Awarding shall be done per lot.
