INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Datu Abdullah Sangki, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder contract.

The prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project of at least three (3) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. The bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat. Bidding Documents may be inspected and secured from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday at the office of the BAC Chairman, Municipal Hall, Brgy. Talisawa, Datu Abdullah Sangki, Maguindanao.

Bidding documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos only (Php 1, 000.00).

The Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Local Government Unit of Datu Abdullah Sangki reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annual the bidding process, and to reject all bids any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
